Effective date: July 10, 2026. Platform Converter ("the app") is operated by Dark Fish Studios, Ontario, Canada. Using the app means you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What the app does
The app organizes the job photos you add, generates draft social-media text and documents from them, and stages content for you to post. You post everything yourself. The app never posts to any platform on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You own your photos and you're responsible for them — including having any permission needed to photograph a location and to publish those photos.
- You're responsible for what you post. AI-generated text is a draft; review it before publishing. Don't publish claims about your work that aren't true.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you post to (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Keep your PIN/sign-in private. Don't use the app for anything unlawful.
Subscriptions & refunds
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe or your app store. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period. If the app isn't for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of a charge and you'll get it, no fight. After 7 days, no refunds, but you can always cancel forward.
Your data
Your photos are yours. Export is one tap, always. If you cancel, your data stays available on the free tier; you can delete everything at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
What we promise (and don't)
We work hard to keep the app fast, safe, and available, but it's provided "as is" — we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, that AI text is error-free, or specific business results. To the maximum extent the law allows, Dark Fish Studios' total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Fair play, both ways
We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (illegal content, attacks on the infrastructure, reselling access). We'll never suspend you for a billing hiccup without contacting you first.
Changes
If these terms change meaningfully, we'll notify you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use the app after that is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
